1) NO backing out of orders after you had order!
2) Items that are sold are NOT exchangeable or refundable. (Damage or lost, etc)
3) All items are fixed price.
4) Please have patience while waiting for me to arrange a day & date.
5) Items would be given to you within 1 to 3 weeks. Please have some patience.
6) No insulting of the items that are sold or this blog!
7) Be on time for the meet-ups. (If can't make it, please make a call earlier.)
8) I will fixed a day for collection & meet-ups.
9) FULL PAYMENT MUST BE PAID for the meet-ups.
10) I am a singaporean so i only ACCEPT SINGAPORE DOLLARS.
11) Customers particular will be kept confidentially.
